Nguyên lý hoạt động của các phương thức cấp phép sử dụng tự động cho điện thoại IP

1. Phương thức cấp phép sử dụng thông qua giao thức DHCP

Bước 1: Nhập địa chỉ MAC của điện thoại IP vào phần mềm tạo tệp cấu hình, tạo tệp cấu hình cho từng điện thoại IP

Bước 2 Tải lên các tệp cấu hình lên máy chủ tổng đài

Bước 3: Cấu hình bổ sung đường dẫn URL lưu tệp cấu hình cho máy chủ DHCP  

Bước 4: Khởi động điện thoại IP. Trong quá trình nhận cấp phát địa chỉ IP động, điện thoại IP sẽ nhận được URL chứa tệp cấu hình cho mình. Cụ thông thông qua hai bản tin sau:

Mô tả bản tin SUBSCRIBE như sau:

- Request URI user part: Chứa địa chỉ MAC của điện thoại IP với định dạng sau MAC%3A000B82273B89

- Contact: Địa chỉ IP và cổng của điện thoại IP

- User-Agent: Chưa thông tin NSX, Model và firmware version

- Event: Contains information about the phone like ua-profile, profile-type, vendor, model and version

Bước 5: Tiếp theo là nhận bản tin SIP NOTIFY

Bước 6: Điện thoại IP nhận được tệp cấu hình, tự cập nhật cấu hình và nếu thành công thì điện thoại IP đã sẵn sàng.

2. Cài đặt sẵn Zero Touch

Phương thức này chỉ khác phương thức cấp phép sử dụng thông qua giao thức DHCP ở việc thay Bước 3 và Bước 4 thành một bước cấu hình sẵn trên điện thoại IP một liên kết URL lưu trữ sẵn tệp cấu hình hoặc trên tổng đài đặt trong mạng LAN có cơ chế tự gửi bản tin NOTIFY cấp tệp cấu hình cho điện thoại IP

3. Cài đặt chuyển hướng tới một máy chủ cấp phép chỉ định

Hai phương thức trên (1,2) chỉ được áp dụng trong môi trường mạng nội bộ bởi cơ chế phát tán của giao thức DHCP và thông tin lớp vật lý của mạng. Để cấp phép sử dụng điện thoại tự động trong môi trường Internet, Phương thức Cài đặt chuyển hướng tới một máy chủ cấp phép chỉ định hay được sử dụng.

Bước 1: Điện thoại IP được nhà sản xuất cài đặt sẵn, trước khi xuất xưởng, trỏ một địa chỉ máy chủ HTTP được đặt trên Internet. Khi điện thoại IP khởi động, bản tin SUBSCRIBE sẽ được chuyển trực tiếp tới máy chủ HTTP này.

Bước 2: Khi nhận được bản tin SUBSCRIBE máy chủ HTTP sẽ chuyển hướng tới máy chủ cấp phép sử dụng chứa thông tin cấu hình

Bước 3: Thông tin cấu hình của điện thoại IP được lưu sẵn trên máy chủ cấp phép. Sau khi tiếp nhận yêu cầu từ máy chủ HTTP, máy chủ cấp sẽ gửi thông tin cấu hình cho điện thoại IP.

Bước 4: Điện thoại IP nhận được thông tin cấu hình và đăng ký với tổng đài

4. Cài đặt tự động cấp phép

Phương thức này hoạt động giống như phương thức Cài đặt chuyển hướng tới một máy chủ cấp phép chỉ định với bổ sung tính năng điều khiển điện thoại IP từ xa để có thể can thiệt trực tiếp tới bất kỳ điện thoại IP nào khi cần thiết.

Hai phương án cấp phép sử dụng cho điện thoại IP

Không giống như các điện thoại Truyền thống, điện thoại IP sẽ không hoạt động nếu chỉ cắm vào mạng mà chưa được lập trình cấu hình đúng. Việc lập trình điện thoại IP được biết đến như là việc cấp phép sử dụng.

Thông tin cấu hình cơ bản cho một điện thoại IP gồm tên đăng nhập (hay số máy nhánh), mật khẩu và địa chỉ IP của máy chủ tổng đài. Khi đăng nhập / đăng ký thành công điện thoại IP mới có thể thực hiện được cuộc gọi thông qua tổng đài. Ngoài ra còn có các thông tin cấu hình nâng cao khác như địa chỉ IP máy chủ lưu firmware mới nhất để điện thoại IP tự động tải về và cập nhật; địa chỉ IP của máy chủ lưu tệp cấu hình chi tiết của điện thoại. 

Ở thời điểm hiện tại việc cấp phép sử dụng có thể được thực hiện dựa theo hai phương án sau:

Phương án 1: Nhân công

Mỗi điện thoại IP được cấu hình hoặc sử dụng thao tác phím của điện thoại hoặc qua giao diện Web của điện thoại.

Phương án cấp phép “Nhân công” sẽ tốn nhiều thời gian và nhân lực khi có nhiều điện thoại IP cần phải cấu hình

Phương án 2: Tự động

Để giải quyết các vấn đề trong phương án “Nhân công”, phương án Cấp phép sử dụng tự động cho điện thoại IP là lược chọn thay thế và được tiến hành theo một trong cách sau

1. Thông qua giao thức DHCP: Mỗi điện thoại IP khi khởi động được cấp phép sử dụng tự động thông qua một tệp cấu hình (config) lập sẵn đạt trên một máy chủ TFTP trong mạng nội bộ.
2. Cài đặt sẵn Zero Touch: Mỗi điện thoại IP với thông số cài đặt sẵn của nhà sản xuất khi khởi động sẽ tự động tải tệp cấu hình từ máy chủ TFTP trong mạng nội bộ để được tự cấp phép sử dụng, mà không sử dụng DHCP như cách thứ 2.
3. Cài đặt chuyển hướng tới một máy chủ cấp phép chỉ định: Điện thoại IP được nhà sản xuất cài đặt trỏ mặc định đến một máy chủ HTTP để rồi thông qua máy chủ sẽ "chuyển hướng" đến một máy chủ lưu trữ các tập tin cấu hình cấp tự động cho điện thoại IP.
4. Cài đặt tự động cấp phép: Nhà phân phối nhúng sẵn các giao thức cho phép điều khiển điện thoại IP từ xa mà không cần sử dụng thao tác phím trực tiếp hoăc Giao diện Web của điện thoại. Điều này được thực hiện dựa trên việc kết hợp giữa địa chỉ vật lý MAC của điện thoại IP quản lý bởi nhà phân phối và các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ điện thoại Internet (ITSP).
